Drink Thursdays

Because we're not pagans, and we're not Puritans, we are Catholic, and we like to appreciate drinking. (Here's the introductory Drink Thursday.)

My drinking buddy this week is a redhead, a football fanatic (believe me, I've seen the facebook posts), and a caring and honest woman.
     My friend, Peyton. Now, I've never met her in real life, but I've had enough interactions with her over the web that we would get along like 'peas and carrots' as the wise philosopher Gump would say. She runs the blog Requiem in Chalkdust, and though she hasn't updated in awhile (*hint, hint*), I think her posting is honest, blunt, full of Truth, but never devoid of charity.

She is a beautiful woman, inside and out, and I admire her. I can't say it more eloquently than that, so I'll just say, Cheers, Peyton.
